All our orders are shipped from our fulfilment facility in Gloucestershire, England. We ship internationally worldwide, and the shipping fee is the same wherever you order from, namely Euro 4 (approximately $5) per order plus Euro 1.5 (approximately $2) per item. The delivery time is usually within two weeks, but please allow up to a month.

Through this web-site we currently accept payment by credit and debit card, and PayPal. If you wish to make an order and pay by a different method, e.g. bank transfer or Western Union, then please contact us to discuss further. We occasionally accept payment by cash through mail in a concealed envelope. However, we do not accept any responsibility for any loss during transit.

Please contact us if you wish to return an item. We will provide you with an address to send it to and any other instructions necessary. Please provide your reason for returning the item. We will only reimburse mailing expenses incurred in returning an item where the item suffers from a significant defect. If you change your mind about your purchase you may return your order (or part of it) within 30 days of receipt, provided any items returned are in a saleable condition.

All prices are listed in, and payment is made in, Euro. Customers may optionally view products in other currencies by selecting their preferred currency on the home page. If an order is made in a currency different from Euro the equivalent Euro price will be calculated during checkout. This will not have any significant bearing on how much you end up paying. The price will correspond to current rates. The rates on our site is updated daily.
