ATTENTION: IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT, 30th October 2009
Dear ITP customers,
Unfortunately, we have had some problems recently with shipping our orders. As our fulfillment agent is located in the United Kingdom, some of our orders have been affected by the ongoing Royal Mail strike (see the RM Website for more information). This has resulted in delays in orders being received by customers. To deal with this problem as well as to improve our service, we are setting up fulfillment with a professional company which dispatches orders within 48 hours.
We hope that this new arrangement will be fully operational by the end of November or soon thereafter. In the meantime, however, it is necessary for us to stop taking orders while setting up the new system. However, our two newest publications, The Path of Cinnabar and Can Life Prevail? are still available and will be shipped promptly, directly from our printer.
This will not affect customers who have already placed an order with us. All existing orders will be fulfilled. Any customer who has been waiting for more than four weeks to receive an order should contact us.
We sincerely apologise to all our customers who have been inconvenienced. It is our aim to offer much better service to you in the near future.
